The UNESCO Recommendation on Open Science

联合国教科文组织(United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, UNESCO)于2021年11月23日在第41届大会上通过"开放科学建议书"(RECOMMENDATION on OPEN SCIENCE)。永久标识符(persistent identifier)作为开放科学重要基础设施之一被首次提出,强调要持续稳定运行永久标识符系统。CSTR作为全球通用科技资源标识符,是全球科技资源唯一标识的贡献者与全球开放科学的实践者。

National standard

CSTR Identification Platform(https://www.cstr.cn)基于我国国家标准GB/T 32843—2016《科技资源标识》建设,面向全球科学数据、论文、预印本、专利等科技资源提供唯一标识服务,是我国国家标准服务全球科技资源的重要载体,是推动我国标准国际互认的全球通用基础服务平台。

Our mission

CSTR Identification Platform aims to promote establishing a global science and technology resource identification architecture, which is able to tracing the global influence, cross-disciplinary, cross-regional and cross-platform, to realize the rapid positioning and acquisition worldwide, and be used as the digital base for open science, contributed to the scientific research innovation.


It's simple to use CSTR identifier:

1. Registration Service

Through the registration of science and technology resource identifiers and metadata, the published scientific and technical resources are made more discoverable and accessible.

2. Resolution Service

Convenient enquiry and search services are provided by using scientific and technical resource identifiers, keywords and metadatas as inputs.

3. Associated Services

Linking papers to authors, papers to resources, and research processes and results data in a vast network of associations through scientific and technical resource identifiers.

4. Data Service

Provide multi-dimensional statistical analysis of the total amount of resources, resolution volume and query volume, forming a comprehensive data service of China's science and technology resources.
